SAT는 공정한 미국 대학 입시를 위해 College Board의 주관하에 표준화된 시험입니다.
SAT는 크게 두가지가 있으며 첫번째가 일반적인 SAT 시험을 나타내는 SAT Reasoning Test이며, 논리력과 사고력을 테스트합니다. 두번째는 SAT Subject Test이고 기타 과목을 테스트하며 대학 및 전공에 따라서 필수인 경우가 있으니 정보를 찾아보는게 선행 되어야 합니다. SAT는 거의 모든 나라에서 시행되고 있으며, 미국 대입을 위해서는 SAT/ACT 둘중 하나는 필수입니다.
